ADDITIONAL SCREENING TEST FOR SELECTIVE EMPLOYEES SUCH AS:

For EEs identified as having increased risk of Type 2 Diabetes
For EEs with symptoms of Diabetes
H. BREAST MAMMOGRAM for females 40 years old and above
I. PAP SMEAR for females 35 years old and above & married
females regardless of age
J. PROTEIN SPECIFIC ANTIGEN (PSA) for males 40 and above
