Description : The Provincial Government of Antique, through the Hospital Revolving Fund
(HRF) 1 intends to apply the sum of One Million Fifty One Thousand Six Hundred
Five Pesos (Php 1, 051, 605.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for Laboratory Supplies, Angel Salazar
Memorial General Hospital, San Jose, Antique. Bids received in excess of the
ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Antique now invites bids for Laboratory Supplies,
Angel Salazar Memorial General Hospital, San Jose, Antique 2 using the
Competitive Public Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required within 7 calendar
days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed,
at least 50% of Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC), a Single Largest
Completed Contract (SLCC) within five (5) years from the date of submission and
receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible
