Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LABORATORY SUPPLIES FOR USE OF OMPH PATIENTS RE DIFFERENT LABORATORY EXAMS. (BLOOD BANK)

IB NO. GSH 2026-001

1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Six Pesos and 25/100 Only (Php 996,336.25) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Laboratory Supplies for use of OMPH patients re different laboratory exams. (Blood Bank). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro - BAC for Health now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by seven (7) calendar days upon signing of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
