Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF
LABORATORY SUPPLIES
(PR-2025-4411-00002)
1. The City Government of Mandaue, through the General Fund - Annual Budget of 2025 4411 50203080 (Medical, Dental) Approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Sixty Nine Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php669,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Supplies (PR-2025-4411-00002). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Mandaue now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Rep... - Documents:
