1) The Western Visayas Medical Center, through the NEP-Regular Agency Fund intends to apply the sum of Eighty Five Million Five Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Eight Hundred Nine Pesos Only (Php85,596,809.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Laboratory Supplies, Consumables and Reagents (Early Procurement Activity for CY 2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Western Visayas Medical Center now invites bids for Laboratory Supplies, Consumables and Reagents (Early Procurement Activity for CY 2026), IB No. 2026-005 using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid.
