LABORATORY SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR SEAWEED CULTURE LABORATORY 2ND POSTING

The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR-10), through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos Only (Php 2,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement on Supply and Delivery of Seaweed Farm Implements under Aquaculture Projects for CY 2025 2ND POSTING with identification no. ITB#2025-05-020. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The BFAR-10 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project, in accordance with the provisions under Appendix 31 of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice of Award/Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
