1) The Social Security System (SSS), through the Approved 2025 Corporate Operating Budget under MOOE with code PAP 2025-0290 2nd Update for the month of May of the Annual Procurement Plan (APP) intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Five Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-One Pesos and 64/100 (₱11,549,481.64) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the following:

II Laboratory Services for Female Employees ₱ 7,619,672.64
a. Item 1- Digital Mammogram (2D) ₱ 5,481,396.32

Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
