Term & conditions:
1. Samples will be delivered to the physical location of the laboratory by the requisitioner.
2. Delivery of samples and its analysis may be done on a staggard basis, with a maximum anticipated delivery of 2 batches only.
3. Samples will be processed accordingly to the requested analyses enlisted in this purchase request.
4. The supplier must provide the requisitioner the protocol (materials and methods) used to analyze the samples. This is for scientific documentation and reporting.
5. Payment may also be requested by the supplier on a staggered basis, congruent to the number of batches delivered and analyzed.
7. Results must be delivered 60 days after receipt of samples.
