2. The supplier must deliver products with expiry date of at least 12 months upon the date of delivery.
3. The end-user has the option to return and/or exhange any unused reagents or consumables that will expire dates (12 months)
4. In case of unavailability of test due to non-delivery (delayed) of reagents and consumables or machine reader breakdown of more than 24 hours, supplier must fund the expenses for the send out to another laboratory.
