The project covers the repair and rehabilitation of the existing roofing system of the CSC RO V. The work shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

1. Description of Work:
A. Mobilization and Demobilization
- Delivery and transport of all necessary manpower, tools, equipment, scaffolding, and materials to the project site.
- Setting up of temporary facilities, safety signage, and storage areas needed for the duration of the project.
- Coordination with the end-user for work scheduling to minimize disruption of office operations.
- Demobilization after project completion, including removal of all temporary structures, tools, and debris, and restoration of the area to its original condition.

B. Site Inspection and Preparation
- Conduct a mandatory site inspection prior to the submission of quotation to properly assess the roof condition, verify measurements, and determine actual work requirements.
