1. Mobilization & Site Preparation
- Mobilize tools, equipment, materials, and manpower necessary for the project.
- Protect adjacent structures, equipment, and furnishings from dust, debris and accidental damage during the construction period.
2. Dismantling of Existing Windows
- Careful removal of all existing windows covered by this project including frames, louvers, and associated hardware
- Remove any damaged window accessories, sealants, and fixtures without causing damage to surrounding concrete or finishes
- Properly handle of the dismantled materials, and turn them over to the Property Custodian.
3. Masonry Works (Post-Dismantling and Pre-Installation)
- Perform necessary masonry repairs and surface preparation to restore and repair the wall openings affected by the removal of old windows.
