1. The Department of Agriculture - Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA-BFAR) Regional Office IX, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seven Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-eight Pesos and 64/100 (₱ 3,799,988.64) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under Bid Reference No. 2025-049 for the “Labor, Supplies and Materials for the Construction of Seaweed Warehouse with Office Building (17.73m x 6.65m), Footbridge (3.0m x 10.0m), and Perimeter Outdoor Solar Street Lighting in Arena Blanco, Zamboanga City”.
