Description : A. Scope of the project

The project includes the labor, service and materials for the renovation of GSIS Bohol
Branch Office in accordance with the plans/drawings and technical specification.
The scope of work of the CONTRACTOR shall include the provision of labor,
equipment, tools, service and materials necessary to carry out all activities required
for the Renovation of GSIS Bohol Branch Office. All work shall be performed in
accordance with the approved Specifications and shall be subject to the terms and
conditions of the Contract.
The renovation shall include the following:
• Mobilization
• Renovation of the Manager-s Office
• Construction of DC-FSD Office
• Renovation of the Arugaan/Lactation room/Ladies- room in the Ground floor
• Supply, Delivery and Installation of Electrical supplies and wiring
• Supply, Delivery and Installation of Air-conditioning unit
• Clearing and Hauling of Debris
• Demobilization
