4. Window-type ACUs - 15 units

Scope of Services:

a. General cleaning every three (3) months of the indoor and outdoor components of the ACUs
b. Periodic checking of ACUs including its electrical connections, pipings, and fittings
c. Free troubleshooting of non -functioning ACUs
d. Priority response to any emergency repair requests
e. Submission of inspection and service reports
