1. The Local Government Unit of Irosin, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Nine Thousand One Hundred Twenty Five Pesos (359,125.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Labor & Materials for the Repair of LGU-Irosin Pick-up, GOOD-06A-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
