Labor, Materials and other Consumables Including Supervision of the Rehabilitation of Sandiganbayan Centennial Building Plumbing System

1. The Sandiganbayan, through General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PHP4,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Labor, Materials, and Other Consumables Including Supervision of the Rehabilitation of Sandiganbayan Centennial Building-s Plumbing System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Sandiganbayan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is within forty-five (45) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
