1) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Cofcaville, Maddela, Quirino, through the 20% Barangay Development Fund (CRO) of CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Eighty-Nine Pesos and 66/100 (P 145,089.66) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Labor, Materials and Equipment Rentals for the Improvement of Farm-to-Market Road. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Cofcaville, Maddela, Quirino now invites bids for Labor, Materials and Equipment Rentals for the Improvement of Farm-to-Market Road.
