LABOR, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT RENTALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL

1. The Local Barangay of Poblacion Norte, through the 20% Barangay Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Three Pesos and 38/100 (P 499,703.38) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Labor, Materials and Equipment Rentals for the Construction of Drainage Canal with Project Identification Number 25-POBNORTE-005. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
