1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Municipality of Jordan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to participate in the Negotiated Procurement of Labor for the Installation of HDPE Liner for the Completion of Cell 2 Phase II with the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Two Hundred Three Thousand Pesos Only (P203,000.00) in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of the Republic Act No. 9184.
