1. CLEARING THE DESIGNATED AREA (CUTTING AND REMOVAL OF TREES, SHRUBS, AND ANY VEGETATION PRESENT IN THE AREA).

2. REMOVAL OF ALL DEBRIS, INCLUDING ROCKS, AND ANY OTHER WASTE MATERIALS PRESENT IN THE AREA.

3. EXCAVATION AND GROUND PREPARATION (LEVEL AND COMPACT THE GROUND FOR CONSTRUCTION).

4. CONSTRUCTION OF THE EXTENDED MACHINE SHOP (FOUNDATION WORK, INSTALLATION OF WALLS, ROOFING, AND ANY OTHER NECESSARY COMPONENTS FOR THE EXPANSION OF THE WORKING AREA).

5. FINAL INSPECTION AND HANDOVER

NOTE:
A. THE CONTRACTOR MUST BE A RESIDENT OF SILAY CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL.
B. THE CONTRACTOR MUST HAVE ALREADY DONE SERIES OF CONTRACTS ON CIVIL WORKS
C. LABORER MUST BE A RESIDENT OF SILAY CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL.
D. DETAILS OF THE PROJECT ARE AVAILABLE AT SICIWA OFFICE UPON REQUEST.
