Description : The Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan invites your company to submit a quotation for our procurement requirements (Please see attached file).

List of requirements:
1. Duly signed and Filled-out Request for Quotation (RFQ) form (see attached)
2. Valid Mayor-s/Business Permit
3. Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (NEW format) - to follow

Manpower Required:
At least One (1) Working Foreman with knowledge and experience in supervising in civil/structural, sanitary/plumbing and electrical works.
Skilled Mason/ Carpenter/ Welder/ Electrician - At least Four (4) skilled workers. Laborers - At least Twenty-Two (22) laborers.

Scope of Works:
Dismantling of Fab Fair Facilities, Minor Excavation and Backfilling Works Hauling of all construction materials from site to central warehouse
Inventory of all dismantled materials.
