DESCRIPTION OF WORKS:

TO FABRICATE AND INSTALL PERIMETER GRILL AND STEEL GATES FOR LA ALEGRIA PUMPING STATION
OF SILAY CITY WATER DISTRICT.

1. MARK OUT THE LOCATIONS FOR THE PERIMETER GRILL AND GATES.

2. FABRICATION OF GRILL AND GATES.

3. INSTALL THE GRILLS SECURING THE FABRICATED GRILL SECTIONS TO THE CONCRETE FOUNDATION, ATTACHING THEM USING BOLTS, ANCHORS, OR WELDING AS REQUIRED.

4. INSTALL STEEL GATES, ENSURING PROPER ALIGNMENT WITH HINGES, AND LOCKING SYSTEMS.

5. TEST THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE GATES.

6. CONDUCT A FINAL INSPECTION, ENSURING THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WELDS, AND FINISHES.

NOTE:
A. THE CONTRACTOR MUST BE A RESIDENT OF SILAY CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL.
B. THE CONTRACTOR MUST HAVE ALREADY DONE SERIES OF CONTRACTS ON CIVIL WORKS
C. LABORER MUST BE A RESIDENT OF SILAY CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL.
