2. BACKFILL, COMPACT, AND PREPARE BASE.

3. POUR REINFORCED CONCRETE FOOTINGS FOR PUMP HOUSE AND FENCE.

4. CONSTRUCT PUMP HOUSE SLAB, BEAMS, COLUMNS.

5. BUILD CHB WALLS (FOR FENCE AND HOUSE), REINFORCED PER SPECS.

6. INSTALL SLAB ROOFING (WITH FORMWORKS, REBAR, CURING).

7. SUPPLY & FIT DOORS AND WINDOWS

8. APPLY PLASTER, PAINT INTERIOR/EXTERIOR OF HOUSE AND FENCE

9. FABRICATE AND INSTALL STEEL PERIMETER FENCE AND GATE.

10. COMPLETE BASIC ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
