  Description : *TO REPAIR AND REPLACE THE EXISTING GENERATOR SHED, INCLUDING DEMOLITION OF THE OLD STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTING A NEW SHED.
  
  DESCRIPTION OF WORKS:
  1. SAFETY DISMANTLE AND REMOVE THE EXISTING GENERATOR SHED, INCLUDING ROOF, WALLS
  
  2. EXCAVATE FOR THE SLAB TO THE REQUIRED DEPTH.
  
  3. INSTALL FORMWORK AND REINFORCEMENT STEEL AS PER THE DESIGN SPECIFICATION.
  
  4. CONSTRUCT THE FRAME OF THE SHED, EITHER USING STEEL OR CONCRETE, AS SPECIFIED IN THE DESIGN.
  
  5. BUILD WALLS (EITHER BRICK, BLOCK OR STEEL) AS PER DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS.
  
  6. CONSTRUCT THE ROOF STRUCTURE WITH CONCRETE SLAB, INCLUDING FORMWORK AND REINFORCEMENT.
  
  7. FINAL INSPECTION AND HANDOVER.
  
  
  NOTE:
  A. THE CONTRACTOR MUST BE A RESIDENT OF SILAY CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL.
  B. THE CONTRACTOR MUST HAVE ALREADY DONE SERIES OF CONTRACTS ON CIVIL WORKS
  C. LABORER MUST BE A RESIDENT OF SILAY CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL.
