1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5, through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) for CY 2025 ILD Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php1,583,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for ITB No. 04-INFRA-ILD-2025.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
