Labor and Materials for the Repair and Maintenance of Various Perimeter Fences, under 2026 Modernization

1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) for CY 2026 Modernization, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION PESOS (₱ 1,000,000.00), being the ABC, to payments under the contract for ITB No. 02-INFRA-MODERNIZATION-2026 (Partial Bid is not Allowed), as follows:
