Scope of work:
1.) Carefully remove damaged roofing sheets, flashing, sealants, and other affected materials.
2.) Supply and install new roofing sheets matching the existing material.
3.) Install new flashings, sealants, gutters, and downspouts where needed to ensure proper water drainage.
4.) Re-secure all loose roofing sheets and fasteners.
5.) Apply appropriate sealants to joints, overlaps, and roof penetrations to prevent leaks.
6.) Ensure all roofing sheets and accessories are properly aligned and secured.
7.) Remove all debris, leftover materials, and tools from the work area.
8.) Restore the site to its original clean condition. "
