The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF MAGARAO, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to apply the sum ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (100,000.00) ONLY being the APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT (ABC) as payment for the LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR RE-PAINTING OF EXTERIOR WALL OF PNP BUILDING Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid quotation.
