The Carlos Hilado Memorial State University, through the Corporate Budget for the Contract of 2025 approved by the governing Board (MDS/GAA), intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS & 00/100 (Php 2,800,000.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE RE-ENGINEERING OF ACCESS ROAD AND DRAINAGE REHABILITATION WITH PARKING SLOTS AT THE BACK OF LSA BUILDING (PHASE 2) - TALISAY CAMPUS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
