Terms and Conditions
a. Repair works shall be conducted on-site at NMP, Tacloban Complex within 45 calendar days after receipt of the Purchase Order.
b. Price validity shall be for the period until the payment of the repaired equipment.
c. Price quotation should be made with extra care taking into account the specifications and unit of quantity to avoid errors.
d. Payment shall be done after repair/servicing subject to the usual inspection and acceptance requirements and upon submission of complete documentary requirements.
e. The service provider shall open an account with the Development Bank of the Philippines to facilitate payment of their claims per DBM Circular No. 2013-16 dated Dec/ 22, 2013.
