Description : Lot Labor and materials for the installation of two (2) additional ventilation and cleaning of septic tank of DOLE RO5.

Materials:
4 pcs PVC pipe, size: 4"
2 pcs PVC elbow connector, size: 4"
Total Amount for materials:

Labor cost for the manual cleaning
4 load Siphoning (per truck load, 4.0 cubic capacity)
Labor cost for the installation of (2) additional ventilation

Scope of Work:
1. Conduct site inspection of septic tank and associated pipelines to determine and evaluate the conditions prior the start of work.
2. Properly position required equipment, safety devices or warning signs as required.
3. Safely position the siphoning machine to de-sludge liquid waste of the septic tank/s.
4. Perform manual cleaning of the septic tank/s to pul-out grease, mud and solid waste deposits inside the septic tank/s.
5.Siphon the remaining liquid waste on the septic tank.
6. Contractor must be responsible in proper disposal of the removed septic tank deposit. ...
