1. That the winning bidder will supply labor, materials and equipments necessary to complete the job order called for.
2. That the winning bidder must follow the plans and specifications and scope of work.
3. That the job order called for must be finished within 90 calendar days.
4. The contractor can claim payment in a maximum of two (2) progress billings based on actual accomplishments as certified by MFRDC authorized inspector.
5. That the office reserves the right to reduce the contract price if the job is found to be unsatisfactory....
