15 Sets Boundary Delineation Markers (Buoys) for Marine Protected Areas with 2 tons Concrete Sinker and
complete accessories. It includes the fabrication of sinkers, installation/assembling of the integral
parts needed and accessories, sounding, relocation of points/corners, and hauling and deployment of
assembled buoys with sinkers to the exact points based on the technical description of map as
indicated in the approved PBPLS Protected Area Management Plan (PAMP)

Factory-made 30.48 centimeters (cm) minimum diameter yellow spherical polyethylene (marine grade)
Buoy; connected to 5/8" diameter Steel Center Cable and 5/8" diameter Stainless swivel/Thimble
counterweight & free the buoy to rotate with the current. The 5/8" diameter Stainless swivel is
connected to the 20-mm ≤ 24-mm diameter Polypropylene Rope Stay line and also connected/attached
to a 5/8" diameter fabricated stainless steel dowel or Tire Rim reinforced to the 2-ton concrete sinker
