Description : INVITATION TO BID

The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Region 5 (BFAR 5), through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Twenty Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos and Forty Nine Centavos (PhP1,920,900.49) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract to be Bid (ABC) to payment under the Contract on the Labor and Materials for the Installation of Aqua-shade. Details are as follows:

Conditions:

The BFAR 5 now invites bids for above infrastructure project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
