INVITATION TO BID FOR LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR IMPROVEMENT OF LOCAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CENTER

1. The Municipality of Montevista, Davao de Oro Province, through its
20% Development Fund SB NO. 1 2025 intends to apply the sum One Million Fifty Thousand Pesos and 95/100.(Php1,050,000.95)) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the supply of Labor and Materials for Improvement of Local Economic Development Center (for Construction of 120 ln. mtr. lined canal with steel cover at tennis court, repainting of tennis court, installation of bricks at the non-concreted portion and repair of perimeter fence) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
