LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF BDRRM OFFICE

1. The Local Barangay of Balligui, through the 5% BDRRM Fund, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Four Pesos (P 140,644.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Labor and Materials for the Improvement of BDRRM Office with Project Identification Number 25-BALLIGUI-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Local Barangay of Balligui, through the 5% BDRRM Fund of CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Four Pesos (P 140,644.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
