Description : Invitation to Bid for Labor and Materials for the Establishment of Tagbuyacan Solar-Powered Irrigation System (SPIS) (Short of Award)

1) The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 13, through the HVCDP NEP 2026-A2 intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (₱ 1,630,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Labor and Materials for the Establishment of Tagbuyacan Solar-Powered Irrigation System (SPIS), Brgy. Tagbuyacan, Santiago, Agusan del Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 13 now invites bids for Labor and Materials for the Establishment of Tagbuyacan Solar-Powered Irrigation System (SPIS), Brgy. Tagbuyacan, Santiago, Agusan del Norte. Completion of the Works is required Ninety days (90) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
