The Municipality of Famy, Laguna, through the Local Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Eight & 91/00 (Php 3,399,988.91) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Labor and Materials for Development of Housing Project with identification number ITB 2025-007. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
