Labor and Materials for the Construction of Various Small-Scale Irrigation Projects (per Lot Basis) under 2025 HVCDP

1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5, through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) for CY 2025 HVCDP intends to apply the sum of NINETEEN MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱ 19,800,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for ITB No. 16-INFRA-HVCDP-2025 (Partial Bid is Allowed), as follows:
