1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) for FY 2026- Organic Agriculture Program (OAP) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 2,250,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for ITB No. 04-INFRA-OAP-2026.
