The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 5, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) for CY 2026- Rice Program Fund intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php14,850,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for ITB No. 03-INFRA-RICE-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Partial Bid is NOT Allowed.
