Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SOLAR POLY TUNNEL DRYER

1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 13, through the CORN GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of the following being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Labor and Materials for the Construction of Solar Poly Tunnel Dryer under PR No. I3/F4 2025 07-098. Bids received in excess of each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Lot 1: 1 unit at Nasipit, Agusan del Norte ₱500,000.00
Lot 2: 1 unit at Las Nieves, Agusan del Norte ₱500,000.00
Lot 3: 1 unit at Tago, Surigao del Sur ₱500,000.00

2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 13 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required by the Twenty-Five (25) Calendar (per Lot) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
