1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) for FY 2026- OAP intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Pesos (Php 7,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for ITB No. 12-INFRA-OAP-2025.
