1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5, through the General
Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2024-PAEF CORN intends to apply the sum of
One Million Nine Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php1,980,000.00) being the
ABC to payment under the contract for ITB No. 12-INFRA-CORN 2025.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
Partial bid is not allowed.
