The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 5, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) for CY 2026- Rice Program Fund intends to apply the sum of Eighty-Three Million One Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php83,160,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for ITB No. 01-INFRA-RICE-2026.
