1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 13, through the NUPAP - GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of the following being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Labor and Materials for the Construction of 3 units Automated Hydroponics Greenhouse under PR No. B15 2025-02-047. Bids received in excess of each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
