Labor and Materials for the Construction of 1-unit Solar Powered Irrigation System (Groundwater source) under 2025 HVCDP

1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 5, through theGeneral Appropriation Act (GAA) for CY 2025 HVCDP Fund intends to apply the sum ofTwo Million Pesos Only (2,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for ITB No. 27-GOODS-HVCDP-2025.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 5 now invites bids for the Labor and Materials for the Construction of 1-unit Solar Powered Irrigation System (Groundwater source) under 2025 HVCDP
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
