Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 1 UNIT HYDROPONICS GREENHOUSE (USING DEEP WATER CULTURE)

1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 13, through the NUPAP - GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (₱ 590,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Labor and Materials for the Construction of 1 unit Hydroponics Greenhouse (using Deep Water Culture) located at APCO-ADS, Patin-ay, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur under PR No. B14 2025-02-048. Bids received in excess of each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 13 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required by the Sixty (60) Calendar days upon issuance of Notice to Proceed.

Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
