The Municipality of Famy, Laguna, through the Local Development Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand One Hundred Twenty Seven & 88/100 (Php 1,797,127.88) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Labor and Materials for Barangay Development Projects (Batch 1) with identification number ITB 2025-009. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
