I. RATIONALE
"One of the main concern of Bagumbayan SK Council is to deliver basic services to our constituent. The youth sector is our primary concern. Conducting SPORTS CLINIC AND SPORTS CAMP every year is one of the Sports programs of Sangguniang kabataan of Bagumbayan. In this method, the council tends to help every young-ones to develop their talent and skills in this field of sports.

As the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of Sports committee, it has been always the vision of the youth to indulge in the civic ventures towards responsive, physical and moral discipline."
